My Place Hotel - Hastings

10/10 Excellent

"A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLEAN AND NICE"

Dragonfly Inn and Suites

10/10 Excellent

"This is the place to stay if you happen to be in or near Hastings, Nebraska. Eclectic motel/ hotel that looks like you’re staying in a Vegas hotel. Love the decor and vibe. Jodi, the manager, is so professional and friendly: a dream employee for an owner. Next time we’re in that area, we will stay there again. Excited to see what a different room looks like as they’re all decorated differently. Love it!"

8/10 Good

"One overnight stay. Clean and quiet, located ABOVE the Wagon Wheel Pub and no one else was seen due to the hotel bar was not open during my stay. I communicated with a manager via text, # found on a sign on the door since the outer door to the stairwell to access the rooms was locked. There was elevator access from lower level and new and convenient, but I didn't know about it except for asking a waitress in the pub below how to access the rooms above. Very clean and modern bathroom, only difficulty was the fact that this room did not have a shower door installed, so the spray would go over the threshold and left a small puddle. I left my used towel on it to prevent future water damage. I recommend that shower doors be installed in all rooms. Lighting controls were modern, so tricky for me to get it set low enough to watch the TV. Bed was good for me, but hotel is close to railroad track crossing and train horns are loud enough to wake me, I guess I would need to be used to train horns. Overall, it was a good overnight stay but would have been much better if the bar was open."

Hastings Inn

8/10 Good

"We were short a set of towels, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the heat worked well. It's on a busy road, but very quiet. The property has maintenance issues, needs paint on the doors and walls in places, and a couple of the outlets didn't have covers, but overall, it's obvious that many repairs have been made. Will go back."
