"The host was communicative and receptive. The lake view is beautiful. The property is easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked (silverware, pots and pans). There is a step up from the entry way to the main part of the house and a step down to the kitchen which can be problematic if you have mobility issues. Furniture could use refreshing though it is comfortable enough. The bedrooms are small.Easy drive to Saint Albans and Canada, I’d stay at this property again."

"It was the perfect place to go, unwind and totally relax. The view was outstanding and we saw many beautiful sunsets. It was wonderful to go back to Lake Champlain and vacation after 5 years of being away."

"To begin, the property and amenities were precisely as billed and absolutely lovely! Having access to the lake, dock, kayaks and rowboat right in the back yard made enjoying the outdoors simple. The lay out of the house was efficient and logical with the three bedrooms nicely spaced. As many reviewers have commented, the sunsets each night were gorgeous and an extra treat to enjoy each night. Additionally, the hosts were tremendously kind, helpful and easily accessible. The value of this property is exceptional. We would absolutely recommend this property to others."

"This camp was perfect for our family! Super cute little bit of a walk down stairs to the lake but don’t let that deter you it was totally fine! We had everything we needed, in hindsight sight we should have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the space longer. Loved the fenced in area for the dog!"

"Very quiet neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, gas grill useful.A/C unit worked very well but not enough for the whole cottage but thought, it was abnormally hot and humid outside. Host very responsive. Lake access close to cottage but no beach. Would rent this cottage again"
