Great value newish Hotel

Very friendly staff,spotlessly clean and quiet rooms. Good shuttle service to Central Mall. Some staff do not speak a lot of English but are all very helpful. Not in town but that was not a problem.

It was great. The hotel was around 15 minutes from hatyai train station.The staff attended our requests promptly. The hotel provides shuttle service to central festive mall and ASEAN night bazaar. We used Grab tuktuk service to go around other places in hatyai.

Extremely convenient despite being sited at in the suburbs of Hatyai as an efficient shuttle service is provided to Central Festival, largest shopping mall in Hatyai and to Hatyai Bus Station. From these two places, transfer onto Songtheaws(10 Baht per head) to Hatyai is easy.

Good hotel

The check in was slow. But other than that everything is good. Worth mentioning that the hotel is very thorough. One of my friend left a Tshirt in the room. Before we left they gave it back to us.
