"This was a great property! We were super impressed! It is also very close to Bryce Canyon and other state parks!"

"The location of the cabin is 30mins from Bryce NP and you can also visit the Mossy Cave on the way to the park as it falls in middle. This makes it a perfect location to stay for Bryce NP. The home was clean and had beautiful views from back terrace. The home was equipped with all necessary items to make it a pleasant stay for family. Milt was responsive and he mentioned he lives nearby. The grocery option in this town are limited. I would love to stay here again if we plan to visit the park...

"Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating."

"Our family stayed for 4 nights and went to Bruce Canyon and Zion NPs. The house was a great place to come back to and relax. Very peaceful and cozy, the owner was responsive to our questions about grocery stores and other things that came up during the stay. Kids loved the arcade cabinets in the basement. Would absolutely come back to stay again."

"We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay."

"The pictures don’t do the home or the location Justice. This is an incredible stay! Minutes away from Bryce and close to many other parks. The kitchen and bathrooms and truly every other part of the home- it’s pure luxury. Heated kitchen floor!!! Which is soooo good when you’re trying to get moving in the morning! My hubby and I were seriously so sad to leave it, I just have to hope it’s still on VRBO when it’s time for us to return. Fingers crossed!!!"

"Spacious condo for our large group of friends and family. Comfortable and well furnished. Great view as this condo is on the top floor. Only downside is no elevator access and having to trek up 4 flights of stairs to the front door."

"This is a comfortable, roomy, new house. I don’t know how our host could have made our family reunion (9 adults) more enjoyable. Great base camp for hiking in Bryce, Zion, and Escalante. Highly recommend this home!"

"We had an extremely positive experience with this property. Everything you need to have a great stay was provided. We had 2 teens with us , so the pool table and multiple tv room options were a hit! Only 15-20 minutes to Brian head ski resort. the Kitchen is gorgeous! Thank you for everything!!"

"The location of this property was perfect for us! Away from the crowds choosing to stay closer to the park, we were able to find refuge and still have reasonable access to groceries and restaurants. Each day we were up early and able to get to the park before the trails were overcrowded. The house had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and lounging after our morning hikes. "Loved being outside of town and in the edge of the forest. House was very nice and user friendly except for the tv and wifi glitch( but property manager was very responsive and kept after it till problems were solve. Hope to come again love October and the fall colors were best ive seen."
