The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

We loved it and would stay again! The restaurants are a bit pricey, we asked for water and they brought us a $9 bottle. The alcoholic beverages are reasonable. Be sure to check your bill for gratuity and tip your servers accordingly! All of the staff everywhere was great; in the lobby, at the door, the pool, and at the beach! :)

This resort was incredible! The beach was pristine, the pool was so inviting and the property was beautiful! We enjoyed many great meals at The Mahi Mahi while watching the waves crash on the beach. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had here. I can’t wait to go back!

Great room ans helpful staff

Pools & water park great, especially with kids. Beautiful views. Practical things not ao great, wifi was bad in room and sketchy in main areas, extra amenities like games tables are old and damaged, ok for kids to play around. Resort is an hour from airport about $85 with tip and if you like to explore puerto rico outside the resort its pretty remote from anything so basically need to stay on resort entire stay or rent a car or pay alot for ubers. No all inclusive so youll be eating from 7 or 8 restaurants on the resort. Decent food and good service but but pricey considering no other options. Overall good place especially if staying out with kids.
