Ja Hatta Fort Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our staycation. The brand new cabin was cozy yet luxurious, and the surroundings were serene. Cookie, our furry companion, was in doggie heaven with ample space to roam. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with your loved ones, furry or not!

Convenient location
The hotel is probably the best in hatta but it does need some investment as it’s a bit tired now ie furniture, shisha bar etc. it is centrally located and the staff are welcoming and accommodating.

Excellent! Very beautiful place. Nice cabins with amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. The place is pet friendly, so we enjoyed our weekend with our furry friend. Peaceful and quiet, all what we were looking for came true.

Nice Restful Weekend
We stayed over the weekend at the hotel. The staff were great, only issue we had was about 15 minutes to check in as staff could not find our booking on their system, but resolved eventually. The room was really nice, spacious and well maintained with nice views. The food at breakfast and in the evening was also really good. It was too hot to take real advantage of the facilities but we still had a lovely weekend. We will come back but maybe when its a bit cooler....

A nice short stay
The service at the reception is really good. Attentive, pro-active and customer centered. The service at the restaurant is poor. Too many customers and only few staff who is constantly overstrained. They are not able to satisfy the simplest requests. They do not come back to you or just forget your request. Breakfast buffet is okay but can have more options. No plant-based milks available.

However, I have looked into the situation as to why this issue occurred, and you may be surprised to know that it was for the opposite reason you would expect. Just the day before we had done intense pest control of the location which clearly had the reverse effect of what we wanted, by encouraging the insect to find solitude within the rooms, rather than prevent them from coming in. Regarding our menu, I am personally looking into this as we have updated our menu based on our guests' feedback. Rest assured that I and our Executive Chef are properly deliberating to rectify this concern. While I understand that we fell short on some aspects of your stay; we trust you will allow us to welcome you back and restore your faith in us. Deborah in reception is a very welcomed and has very nice hospitality. Also Juliet in reservation she took in consideration the points I highlighted. Both are great. The zoo is an amazing idea and the in charge there was great really. Thank u. The only think the billiard and baby foot and play station are very old not entertaining

Relaxing stay with great views
Only there for one night at the end of a tour around, but a beautiful setting, fantastic room with a mountain view. Food was great, service was very friendly if a little slow at times. Good range of activities both in site and off. Hatta dam only 5 minutes away. I would definitely go back.

Heavenly stay
Had a wonderful 1 night stay for my partners birthday. Staff were very attentive and provided a birthday cake as requested which was delivered to the room. We arrived a few hours early just to drop luggage off and staff very kindly let us check in early as there was a room ready. Pool area peaceful and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely stay
Had a lovely stay at JA Hatta. Rooms are spacious and have great views of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and a wide range available. Adults pool was good too. However there is a childrebs pool. Lots of activities available. Only down side is their mini zoo. I felt the enclosures were too small for the animals.

Great stay at JA Hatta Fort
Had a lovely stay. The hotel and room was just as shown in pictures. Lovely balcony view over grounds and mountains. Although very hot, still plenty to do within the hotel grounds. Will definitely return to visit the dam to kayak and go horse riding. Entire staff so welcoming and felt like one big, happy family. Great break.

The location, the ambiance and the view from of the hotel is very nice. Hatta area and the hotel must be visited specially during winter season. Some parts of the hotel need some renovation. Staff persons are so friendly. Recommended

Enjoy the serene view of the mountains
We chose Ja Hatta for staycation during the course of the week. The key highlight of the stay was staff hospitality starting from the first interaction for check-in and all the way until the end. A personalized handwritten welcome postcard was a happy and pleasing surprise from the hotel GM (One does not see this gesture in most properties). It demonstrate the level of attention being given to each guest. Being peak of summers, we were not able to enjoy the multiple outdoor activities, but there were some indoor options that kept us engaged. Hatta has always been a preferred drive away destination for us and our stay at Ja Hatta Fort definitely will bring us back again

Lovely family staycation with fun activities
We stayed in the villa and had plenty of space for the family. Service was great and the little one loved the fun activities for flying kite, pony ride, petting animals, swimming, playground, mini golf and the adults had fun with the shooting, archery, golf etc. We'll be back for sure.

What gives the Hotel the wow factor, is the location, the child friendly facilities. And the amazing restaurant for Dinner. Heads off to the Chef, he is serving Michelin Star quality food! On the flip side the Hotel is old and you feel it. The bathrooms should be deep cleaned, which is clearly not the case. The Breakfast is absolutely unacceptable, more like 2 Stars! Service at Breakfast was also not acceptable. The pool side for families is in my opinion not very appealing. We havent used it! I booked a Mountain View Room, but got a Parking View room..

Really enjoyed the stay with family. Very kind and professional Staff. Nice dinner and breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Had a great stay at the hotel with family. The location is perfect in the center of HATTA. close to all attractions. The hotel itself has plenty of activities to do and people are soo friendly and help you enjoy all activities on site. Rooms are clean spacious with basic amenities available.

A disappointing resort
I do not know with what I should start first, actually I know ..... 1. And the most important my baby's life was in danger because of their pools for which they lack proper warnings. My baby was in my arms, no warning and with a big slope in the pool, I never saw something like that in my life, and because that slope is not gradual, I feel under the water with the baby and was horrible, my vacation was ruined and I couldn't sleep, I was scared for my kid and for me also because I swallowed a lot of water and I had pain in my chest ! I discussed with everyone and they didn't accept the fact that is dangerous, some employees told me that many incidents like that are happening , but the management no. They tried to blame me that the kid was without arm band, what do you think she is 1 year and 8 months so no arm band is working for so small kids. Plus they give me the feeling that they will not change anything. The supervisor of the pool told to my husband that he cannot advertise that !!!! What are they waiting for a kid or baby to die???? 2. The AC in the room was not cooling properly ! 3. My husband ordered a beer from pool bar and they bring it in one glass which has something sticky and yellow inside... How clean is everything then? 4. The breakfast very very poor 5. Hotel staff is not informing guest to wear masks 6. At 11 all the restaurants are closed and also the bar is closed at 12. The waiters, some of them are reminding you from 10 that you should have your last ord

Great place
Our stay was great and relaxing. The rooms and the resort was very good. The only downside was the restaurant food and service. Not worth for the price charged for the dishes. Service was average and feel and the ambience in the restaurant was quite average. I would say it was over 30% overpriced. Best Donnie
