"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist. Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. "I really liked this hotel, quite ununlike most other hotels; seems more like a private retreat, and it conveys a sense of peace and calm. Not exactly in a mainstream location but if you need accomodation in this area, I highly reccomend this place."
