In the resort Haus im Ennstal, 7 km from the centre of Schladming, 13 km from the centre of Ramsau am Dachstein, in the residential district, 5 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. In the house: boutique, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 140 m, café 140 m, bus stop 140 m, railway station "Haus im Ennstal" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 250 m, bathing lake "Aich" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, minigolf 350 m, ski lift 400 m, gondola lift, slopes 400 m, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 100 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 850 m. Winter information: To the Hauser Kaibling cable car approx. 850 m (of which 350 m can be skied). Pěkný, čistý apartmán. Prostorná kuchyně s TV, na kterou se můžete dívat pouze z lavice u velkého stolu. Další TV v každém pokoji. Stálé parkovací místo ve vzdálenosti 150 m od objektu. Na místě možno parkovat jen krátkodobě 90minut. K dispozici pouze terasa s výhledem na hory, žádný dvůr, zahrada nebo uzavřený prostor k úschově jízdních kol. K lanovce 400m do kopce. Do obchodu s potravinami 550m z kopce. Apartmá v 1. patře po schodech. K objektu není možno získat sommercard.
