The Guilleret gîte, renovated by us, is entirely on the ground floor. It offers all modern comforts, complete with a swimming pool shared with the owners in a rural setting. With a total surface area of 102 m², the house includes a pleasant living area serving as a day room, with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, 3-burner induction stove, microwave). The preserved and openwork half-timbering offers a view of the living area with a TV corner and Wi-Fi connection. The sleeping area offers three lovely bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, for your comfort. One of which has a private bathroom with toilet. One bedroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Shower room, separate toilet. The pantry area houses the washing machine and dryer. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are provided. You will appreciate the murals by a local artist. Reversible air conditioning is available in each room. You will enjoy the pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill.
