Gite in the owners' house. 2nd floor with independent access from outside: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms with TV each (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single bunk beds; 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (multi-jet shower with WC), separate WC. Washer-dryer (combined). Front balcony. Ground. Private car park. From this cottage located along a small road, several options are available to you for skiing: the Hauteluce - Val Joly les Contamines area, the Espace Diamant area with the Saisies resort or Arêches-Beaufort. The living room opens onto a front balcony from where the view is breathtaking over the village and the valley. The large 1500 m² sloping plot will delight young and old alike to frolic in peace. Boujou is the "salvation" of the Normans! Gaylord, originally from the North of France, fell in love with this valley of Hauteluce years ago. He decided to settle there by opening a restaurant and then a cottage in his house. A new adventure for this adopted Savoyard!
