Tranquil Beachfront Duplex-type Private House!

The property is located BEACHFRONT. A duplex-type private house and a beach!

120 linear feet of beachfront property. Experience the best Hawaii has to offer, living in Paradise, only 5 miles from famous North Shore beaches, PCC, Turtle Bay Resort, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Pupukea, etc.

The space
The bedroom is equipped with a CA king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed. The room also has its quiet state-of-the-art and has a split AC unit that is independently controlled for energy savings.

The house is equipped with a solar water heater to conserve energy. A patio table, patio chairs, and a leather sofa exterior patio furniture are included in the Trex deck for viewing the Coastline, Ocean & Mountains. There are bar stools in the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen also has a range, air fryer, convection oven, and microwave oven.

There is also a therapeutic jacuzzi bathtub and kayaks available for the tenant's use. The garage has a door to open, a washer/dryer, and a storage area that is attached to the entrance to the house.

Pets are negotiable, have an extra fee, and require landlord approval. Pet must have references and be approved by the landlord. Pet insurance is also required.
