Surrounded by nature, lakes, a sauna, and a special atmosphere, you’ll find exactly the right blend of tranquility, seclusion, and adventure that makes the Bavarian Forest so special.
Our holiday apartment, lovingly renovated in early 2026, is located in a small, family-friendly complex surrounded by nature—in the border triangle of Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
Thanks to its unique hillside location, you enter the apartment at ground level while enjoying an unobstructed panoramic view from the ground floor.

✨ The Apartment
Spanning approximately 65 square metres, the apartment combines modern comfort with authentic Bavarian Forest charm.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with a handcrafted wooden ceiling, a traditional tiled stove, a cosy seating area by the fireplace, and sweeping views of the rolling hills of the Bavarian Forest. Especially in the evening hours, a warm, relaxed atmosphere takes hold here.
The wraparound balcony invites you to spend the day outdoors—with morning coffee, basking in the sun until the evening hours, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests plus a baby or toddler and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.

The newly renovated bathroom, featuring a rain shower and a stylish reclaimed wood accent wall, combines modern design with a cosy atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired—including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as coffee, tea, and small essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar for a relaxed start.
Bedding, towels, and tea towels are, of course, included.

Dogs are also very welcome here (medium-sized dogs only, max. 2 dogs | €3 per dog per night).
Walking trails through meadows and forests start right outside the front door—ideal for relaxing holiday days with your four-legged friend.
For your stay, we provide a cosy dog bed, dog bowls, dog towels, poop bags, and other little extras for dog owners.
For families, we have games, books, toys, children’s cutlery, as well as a cot with a mattress and a high chair (upon request).
