This newly furnished 70 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom suitable for wheelchair users. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher invites you to enjoy cooking together. The apartment accommodates three adults or two adults and two children up to about ten years old. Families with children are welcome. Amenities include a massage chair, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and a TV with streaming services.



The apartment displays a collection of beautiful paintings by artist Klaus Schröter, which guests can purchase. Klaus Schröter lives in the building and is happy to show his studio on request. You also have a small private terrace where you can relax outdoors.



There is no private parking, but free parking is available on Langestraße and Uferstraße. The apartment is centrally located on the historic island of Havelberg in a listed building and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Havelberg and its surroundings are a great destination, featuring the historic town island, cathedral, Havel meadows, and the rivers Havel and Elbe. The annual horse market in September is a major event with a flea market and many horses. The region is ideal for cyclists and water sports enthusiasts.
