Schöne Geräumiger Zimmer mit Balkon

Das Hotel an sich war sehr schön.Die zimmer waren gross für famile mit 2 Kinder.Zustellbett wurde gestellt auch ohne anfrage.Sehr freundliches Personal allgemein. Sauberkeit super. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das die musik den ganzen tag gelaufen ist am Pool wsr uns etwas zu laut. Kann es aber ruhig weiterempfehlen.Haben 2 nächte verbracht auf der durchreise.

Wir waren 3 Nächte vor unserem Antritt Nacht Deutschland dort, ideal zum runterkommen und Kräfte tanken. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen das war uns aber bewusst, mit dem Auto sind Einkäufe in 5 min zu erledigen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber die Zimmer sind sehr groß der Pool ist hervorragend der Service ist Klasse, das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und lecker.

Otel çok eski, tamamen yol üzerinde gurbetciler dinlensin diye ayarlanmis eski bir otel. Otel daha cok havuz ve restoran uzerine odakli. Rezervasyonla havuza insan aliyorlar. Kisi basi 800. Sattiklari vs derken otel zaten gereksiz kaliyor. Otele de daha cok yola devam edecek 1 gecelik kisa konaklamali misafirler geliyor. Genel olarak odalar ve yataklar guzel. Temiz. Ama duslar eski. Dus malzemeleri kuflenmis ve yipranmis. Yenilememisler. Kahvalti ortalama. Birde cikis yaparken ekstre bir sey var mi dediler , bizde hayir kullanmadik dedik. Sonra resepsiyonist arkadas ekstra telefonla restoni arayip kontrol etmek istedi. Malesef musteri onunda bu ayip. Ekstra varsa yazarsiniz. Yoksa da , kaldi ki misafiriniz de yok diyor. Ona da guvenirsiniz. Malesef vasat bir yonetim. Dedigim gibi, gunu birlik fiyat fayda oteli.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im toskanischen Stil. Top Essen, top Service. Alle superfreundlich. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Jeder Sonderwunsch wird erfüllt. Großzügige Zimmer. Alle Zimmer mit großem Balkon und tollen Ausblick über die Felder. Hotel liegt außerhalb des Ortes. Ideal für Leute, die Ruhe brauchen. Liegt ideal in der Nähe der D100.

Otelde konaklıyor olmamıza rağmen, check-out saati 12:00 olmasına karşın çıkış günümüzün sabahında havuza girmek istediğimizde personel tarafından ‘havuza giremezsiniz’ denilerek engellendik. Daha çıkışa saatler varken böyle bir uygulamayla ilk kez karşılaşıyorum. Bugüne kadar kaldığım hiçbir otelde böyle bir durum yaşamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Dışarıdan birçok konaklamayan misafir rahatlıkla gelirken, otel müşterilerinin havuz bomboşken mağdur edilmesini asla anlamlandıramadım.

Forfærdelig hotel og service. Hotel personalet ændrede tidspunktet for hvornår vi kunne bruge poolen, fordi de ikke havde styr på rengøring af poolen. Da vi så klagede over det sagde de bare vi kunne bruge det alligevel, og ændrede deres argument om at det kunne være farligt for børn da de kom rengøringsmidler i poolen. Total amatør hotel, der endte endda med at afvise enhver form for kompensation, selvom de ikke kunne tilbyde os hvad vi kom for. Find ker et andet hotel da hverken tilstand eller service er noget værd på dette hotel. Vil aldrig på dette hotel igen, da personalet blankt afviste og ignorerede os fuldstændig da vi ønskede en form for løsning.

Skuffende oplevelse - ikke som på billederne!!

Vi havde glædet os til at bo på The Restport Village i Edirne, lige efter grænsen til Tyrkiet, men desværre startede problemerne, så snart vi kom. 1️⃣ Badeværelset var en kæmpe skuffelse. Brusekabinen virkede slet ikke ordentligt – vandet skiftede pludselig fra iskoldt til kogende varmt, så det var nærmest umuligt at tage et ordentligt bad. 2️⃣ Flere ting, som hotellet lover i deres beskrivelse, var ikke tilgængelige. Blandt andet poolen, som vi ellers havde set frem til at bruge, var ikke i drift. 3️⃣ Personalet virkede desværre ikke særligt hjælpsomme eller løsningsorienterede. Hver gang vi nævnte problemerne, fik vi bare at vide, at vi måtte leve med det – uden nogen reel løsning. Alt i alt en rigtig ærgerlig oplevelse, som slet ikke levede op til billederne eller beskrivelsen. Vi giver maks 2 stjerner.

Hangi otelde kahvaltı 9.30’da başlar?

Kimsenin konaklamadığı bir “perili köşk”. (Sadece bir odada kalan vardı; eşim ve ben). Sabah kahvaltı 9.30’da başlıyor, bu nedenle saat 9.00’da aç olarak ayrıldık. Kent dışında ıssız bir yerde konaklamayı ve sabah aç ayrılmayı göze alabiliyorsanız kalabilirsiniz. Akşam yemeği iyi.
