**We are pet friendly, but we have a two dog maximum unless approved by host. There is a $150 pet fee for one pet, plus an additional $50 for a second pet, that will be verified in your reservation and with our exterior cameras.**

Upstairs is your private sanctuary:
-Primary Bedroom: Features a plush King bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. -Second Bedroom: A cozy room with a comfortable Queen bed. -Third Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends with two Twin beds. -Full Bathroom: A second full bath with a bathtub and shower combination. -Laundry Room: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to your entire side of the duplex. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private one-car garage.
Check-in is seamless with a secure digital lock; no keys are necessary. Your unique access code will be provided prior to your 4:00 PM check-in time, and you may check in at your convenience.
