"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. "Enjoyed our stay at Times Square Suite Hotel during our first visit to Kuwait. Our room was of a good size, relatively clean and had a super comfortable bed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and our daily breakfast served to the room was tasty and sufficient in variety. Location was also convenient being close walking distance to local shopping area, and generally a short drive to most tourist areas.
