This is an excellent property, clean and modern, and right in the heart of a quiet and pretty Colorado town. The host was very easy to work with, and made my stay fantastic.

Great place and great location.

Wendy was a great host - extremely fast to respond and check-in was seamless. The place was great! Super clean and well-maintained. I spent a week here to ski at Steamboat. The town is quiet and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The surrounding area is beautiful. We would love to stay here again.

This is a nice little apartment with comfortable beds, all the kitchen accessories one needs, good Wi-Fi and TV channels. Hayden is a small town but there was pizza for supper and a really nice park.

Great place. Great location. Host were wonderful! Only thing, I think, it needs is a crockpot & a new coffee pot. The grounds leak into the coffee. But we really liked staying there. It was perfect for us!

Great apartment

Apartment is in the back of an architect's office on the main street. Small park right across the street to walk the dog. Very quiet at night. A modern, clean and very comfortable place to stay at less cost than a small hotel room in Steamboat. Too bad the local brewery was closed the days I was there, but it's early season in the Yampa Valley and it was great not to have crowds anywhere I went. Yampa River State Park is close by.

Hunting 2024

I was an easy location with parking for a truck and a trailer. 2 bedrooms allowed for each couple their privacy. With 4 people eating and drinking water in bottles the trash filled quickly. We had to bag it and just leave it sitting in the floor. It would have been nice to know where to carry the trash when we had a full bag.

Lovely Place in Hayden Colorado

We stayed for two nights and it was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of restaurants and parks. I highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly.
