"Disappointing Front Desk Receptionist Clean Property, Great Restaurant Staff— The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and a nice place to stay. The morning breakfast team and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very disappointing. The male front desk agent who checked us in was impolite, rude, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, he made simple things unnecessarily difficult. While the property and restaurant team are wonderful, the front desk service needs significant improvement. The female front desk was also nice"
