House was large for our party and located within a short distance of everything there was to do. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us
We want to come back! And will. The house was well laid out and we got a wonderful week of relaxation with cool breezes on the porch with a scenic view.
Very nice home - clean and comfortable. The layout is a bit odd, but plenty of room for everyone. Close to the cute town of Hayesville.

Family Thanks
So nice to have a place to spread out and convenient for 3 family groupsPlaying games - celebrating our family. Some from Atlanta some from Chattanooga. We enjoyed cooking and eating together and catching up.
The house is charming and cozy. There is no shortage of sleeping space! But the best part is the lake frontage! Sitting in a quiet cove, there is ample space for fun family games on the lawn or splashing on the shorline!
We enjoyed our weekend and plan to return again!
The cottage had plenty of room, with multiple bedrooms to choose from. Located right on the water with beautiful lake and mountain views. Plenty of outdoor activities for everyone, or you can just chill on the deck and watch the world go by. Easy to work with management/owners. We will be back!
This was perfect for us. It is right on the lake. We were able to bring out dog; a huge bonus. It is right on a road going up the mountain. We enjoyed the location situated so we could visit a few other small towns and enjoy some nature. There were a few good restaurants in the area. Nocturnal had great food and drinks. We would stay there again.
We had a great stay at this house! It is a very well-cared for, unique property that is kept in excellent condition. For a house that allows pets, there was no hair!
It is right on the road, but we found that a benefit as it allowed easy access to the hiking and biking we were interested in.
Thank you, Evolve!

Great Stay
There were 5 people in our group and we had plenty of room with beds to spare. A lot of the house was never used but certainly could have held a larger group. It was clean. Nice sitting on the back deck. Beautiful view. We were hoping to fish on the rental bank but it was too grassy. However, there are a couple of fishing areas very close by so it didn’t keep anyone from fishing. Overall it was a very good choice for us. Thank you for allowing us to visit.
Great location and beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay and would come here again.!

Great getaway
We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The location is convenient to multiple hiking trails and fishing spots. The lake itself was great for floating and kayaking at the end of the day. The house layout really suited us well as everyone had a place to retreat too. Amenities were excellent. Highly recommend.
This was the perfect getaway for my family and me. It was quiet and offered us a chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life to focus on God's beautiful creation! The house is enormous and provides a substantial amount of space. The driveway was smaller than expected, and you'll miss it if you aren't paying attention, but it wasn't a problem to turn around. We would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is fine, no issues. However, the lake access is terrible. If you want to swim, fish, kayak or even just float which is what we wanted, there is no good water access. There is no dock, no walkway, no chairs, just basically a big hill down to a weedy mud hole.

Fishing hpuse
This place is perfect for guy on a fishing trip. It could use a deep clean and some repair. But yes our fishing group would stay there again.
Not sure if home was still under renovation, one bedroom 1/2 painted! Back deck needed a coat of paint! Stairs from porch to yard, not painted! Gas grill filthy with grease running out on to deck. All in all, we loved the home, hopefully it will be finished next time we stay!
The house was big and spacious. The additions were great. It just wasn’t as clean as we hoped. There were dead insects in the window of the main bathroom that I had to clean out. The silverware drawer was very dirty, and we found mouse droppings in the pots and pans. On the day that we checked out we actually saw a mouse dart out from under the loveseat across the living room and ended up going into the hall closet. Aside from that we would of rated this place 5 stars.
