It is right by the highway and about 15 -20 minutes to the Boardwalk or First Landing State Park. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Dominic at the front desk. The property itself is showing noticeable wear (ceiling, tub) and the standard room does not include a mini fridge. Overall, a solid budget-friendly, pet-friendly option with excellent staff, but a few issues with property upkeep. "

"I love the Marriott chain - the room itself was very comfortable and the hot breakfast included was yummy. When I checked in, the front desk woman was very angry. She seemed annoyed, never once made eye contact, I was afraid to ask a question. I checked out the next day - there was a different woman and the manager - both of whom were so lovely. I mentioned to him that both my friend and I stayed at the hotel and we both had the same treatment at separate times from this check in woman the night before. I was told they just got in a new system that they were getting used to, but this was not a welcoming experience at all. "
