My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. "Fantastic location & views. Very basic which let it down. Not great when you travelled 4hrs on the road & not find any milk in fridge for a cup of tea. Lovely shower but all the mould let it down (even the fake plant was covered in mould). Tiny bath towels and no blind on window,Hole in fence has not been fixed but some broken chairs put in front which didn't take my dogs long to figure out & no outside light in garden so i had to use my phone torch to make sure they did not escape at night....

I had no concerns about the dogs in the garden with the high and fully secure fence and all rooms were spacious to accommodate us. "What a great little b&b. Really loved our stay. the staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choices. Parking looks like it could be a problem at times, but we didn't have any trouble. You are in the middle of Keswick, so it is an easy walk into the centre of town. We would highly recommend."
