"The breakfast was super fresh and very delicious. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was very clean. "

"All was well until I tried to get coffee at 7am. There was none available and the staff member who seemed to be in charge served two people coffee then turned to the three of us who were waiting and in a rather snippy tone told us that she wasn’t open yet, turned her back on us and proceeded to do paperwork. I left after a few minutes."

"We were coming from Canada and the front desk clerk would not give us our reserved room because our passports did not contain visa stamps. The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. "
