The room was very dusty. Dirty microwave. I had to go get towels. No toilet paper there was enough for two wipes. Didn't want to walk back to the office so used my own. Didn't noticed there wasn't a shower curtain till I took a shower in the morning. So just took a shower without one. Maybe they'll clean the floor with the water. T.V. sucked very fuzzy. The whole town was kind of sketchy.. The only good things about this place was they did have hot water and two gigantic flood lights in the parking lot that blinded you. I guess they had that for all the drug dealers could see what they was doing out in the parking lot. Definitely a great drug motel. Only stayed here because I didn't have much money. I usually sleep in my truck. But like I said the whole town looked a little sketchy. Kind of felt a little safer in the motel.

Broken blinds bed sheet cover window no Wi-Fi TV had bad reception the front door had a gap in it from top to bottom no insulation on door cold air came in all night debris all over the parking lot from tornado a week or two ago would never stay here again you should take it off your list

I payed, opened the door, and left. A donation for the hotel. No point in asking for a refund. As i left checking in, a guy wanted to know where the outside parking cameras so he could park near them. I should have turned around and asked to cancel my reservation. 75 hotels traveling throughout USA in 4 months. They win for the worst.

Wasn't a safe.
There hotel was sketchy! Dark and dense at night. Weird people walking around. We didn't stay the night because we didn't want to get robbed or our car broken in.

Toilet DISGUSTING, no one closes lid to clean. Holes in sink. Mirrors coated with other people spit, sqaushed bug on wall, chocolate chips on floor, stained & burnt bedding, pillows and towels laughable. Gaps under doors.

Pics are deceiving. The pool was dirty, unkept and I believe closed. When you walk into the lobby to check in, you are in an enclosed entryway with a window. The staff will check you in there. The enclosure is very hot and uninviting. The dining room is closed to the public. No breakfast is being served. The restaurant they advertised is a baskin robins.

Horrible and dirty
It was awful. Cigarette ashes all over bedside table in what was supposedly a non smoking room. Hair all over bathroom floor. Two tiny thin towels for two adults. No soap or shampoo in the shower. We arrived after a 12 hour drive to find this mess in a room that the ac had not been turned on in. Horribly hot took hours to cool down. Even though we didn’t check in until around 9 p.m. beds were hard one thin blanket each. Two pillows each thin and useless. Room was filthy. We were exhausted. It was late. I had disinfecting wipes and had brought our own pillows and blankets thankfully. The only positive was the clerk who checked us in was polite and efficient. No coffee no breakfast. Never ever again Will sleep in the car before staying here again.

Only choice in my town
We have stayed here many times before o ly because its the only hotel on the site in my town. TV's need to be upgraded. I just used the app to get free nights so I can use else where.

DON’T DO IT!!
The lady upfront is rude and slow. She is very money hungry and tried to put me in a dirty room until I complained!!! The WiFi worked on my phone but not my laptop so I wasn’t able to do my work. This place is rundown and the stuff barely works. Only stay here if you need to. I only stayed to evacuate from Hurricane Ida.

This Crack headed hotel room should not be in service. This hot should be condemned and torn down. This hotel is so infested with crack head and roaches. You can smell cigarettes smoke from the other rooms. The living conditions is poor.

Great economic stay
I’ve stayed there 2 different times for a total of 9 nights. Enjoyed it greatly. It’s a no frills, very economically priced hotel. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Temperature control was great. I had the one king bed room. It was spacious. I traveled on a small dual sport motorcycle, so there was plenty of room for it to be rolled into the room at night. All one floor and rooms are accessible from parking lot. If you’re just traveling through and need a good nights sleep and want a clean, friendly, and restaurants close by. This is where you need to stay

Too much activity going on in the room a few doors down from us, slamming doors, arguing, all sorts of stuff. Not to mention housekeeping only gives you 2 towels even 8f it's 2 people go figure I had to go and buy towels.

We needed two rooms after getting too tired on the road, so my sleepy self booked online without realizing check in was for that afternoon (it was 1am!). Thankfully, the clerk understood and let us check in immediately since rooms were available and we were all quickly tucked in. The rooms were very clean, which was important since I had my infant with me. Thanks, Roadway!

The first night we got there me & my husband we had sleep & two twin / full because that all there had so that was cool but the next day the Lady took put us in big bed & sofebed it was nice when we come to hazelhurt we alway come there

Convenient location. Check in clerk was nice. No carpet in the room. Found a dark black hair in the sink. My travelling partner is bald and I have long silver hair so it wasn't ours. I opened a bar of soap to wash my hands and there was an area on the sink by the faucet that had soap residue where a previous occupant of the room had laid a bar of soap so obviously the top of the vanity had not been cleaned. Went to take a shower the next morning and the control knob for the water came off in my hand and even then there was nothing but hot scalding water. We could not get it adjusted to a cooler temperature so no shower until i got home that afternoon. The desk chair flopped from side to side when you sat down in it. The commode room walls and floor could use a good cleaning there were traces of something nasty previously happening in there. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The only issue we had is nothing the property can correct. There was non stop traffic driving through all night. I was unsure why that would be, but it was the weekend. Like I said, not something they could control. We will be staying there again next month.
