As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, complete with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast table, or dine al fresco on the private patio surrounded by lush greenery. There you will also find the Big Green Egg for grilling, and a Tuscan built-in pizza oven.
Clementine Cottage offers private Chef hire services, should you wish to use the pizza oven.

The two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for optimal relaxation. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and vaulted ceilings, offering a private oasis after a day of exploring. The cozy second bedroom offers a queen bed, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

In general, we hope that you will treat the home with love, as if it were your own!  Recyclables should please go into the blue recycling bin in the driveway.
Place any used towels, including hot tub towels, into the basket in the master bedroom.  If you used the sleeper sofa, please also remove those linens so that housekeeping knows they have been used.
Then turn off all lights, and lock all doors and windows, and that's it!  
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Minimum age to rent is 25. Max 6 guests.
Max 6 guests. NO PARTIES/EVENTS. NO SMOKING. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 5AM. Please see additional rules regarding the Wood Fired Oven.
Pet Policy: Maximum two small to medium sized dogs are allowed with prior approval and payment of the Pet Fee.

This is the perfect rental for anyone looking to stay in Healdsburg. Quick walking distance to the plaza and all shops, restaurants, etc. Very clean with great amenities. I would 100% book this place again.

Beautiful Healdsburg Cottage

This cottage is the perfect place to stay when visiting Healdsburg. All the fun things are within easy walking distance, which means great dining, fun wine tasting rooms and awesome shops.The cottage itself is fantastic, very clean, nicely decorated, great amenities, and so comfortable.Jory & James were so easy to work with, and provided us with great information. We highly recommend their cottage, and hope to come back and stay again.

As described, close to everything and cozy

This property is great. It’s cute, well equipped and very close to the square. Key pad on front door to get in and cozy set up inside. The master is quite large considering the home isn’t huge. There is a fire pit with chairs, a hot tub for two and a table out back next yo the grill. There was a snack box waiting for us and a card for a feee wine tasting just a short drive which we took advantage of. Just an overall wonderful stay.

Perfectly dreamy

Wow! What an incredible Valentine’s weekend in Healdsburg! The house is beautiful, warm and well appointed (you’ll love the luxuriously soft bedding). The location is a few blocks from the plaza and around the corner from the small grocer, while still being in the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and kindly coordinated dozens of roses, dinner at Valette, and wine tasting at Michel Schlumberger. The entire weekend was relaxing, romantic and perfectly dreamy - can’t wait to visit again!
