Large Outdoor Kitchen, Pool, Hot Tub, Firepit...8 Mins From Healdsburg Plaza

OK, we did go a little overboard with the outdoor kitchen. But running back and forth to the house while you are BBQing is such a drag. So, we put in a double BBQ (regular and searing), a griddle, two refrigerators, freezer drawers, icemaker, 2 sinks, 3 burners, warming drawer, gas pizza oven, large island, even a dishwasher. And while it is quite large, it is still an intimate place for people to hang out.

But we didn’t stop there. Had to do the large freeform pool with large hot tub, huge gas firepit, waterfall features, double-sized mosaic tile outdoor dining table with café lights, multiple tiered seating areas, expansive kid’s play structure and a hillside vineyard producing chardonnay and cabernet (which you get to try). Also, outdoor foosball, ping pong, Connect4 and cornhole too. The one thing we don’t have is neighbors.

We couldn’t help ourselves. We fell in love with this 1910 Craftsman farmhouse with amazing views of the Alexander Valley and only 8 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza. We spent 8 years remodeling it and creating the outdoor space. And, we just spent the last 9 months remodeling the inside. We just love it and love even more sharing this special place with guests.

We were even featured in Sonoma Magazine as part of their "Stunning Wine Country Vacation Pools." article. But what is more satisfying is receiving reviews from guests like “you’ll never want to leave this house”, “the most perfect backyard in Healdsburg”, “the best rental property out there” and “Five stars isn't enough.”

And the “little overboard” also goes on inside. Another large fully stocked kitchen with large island, griddle, 4 burners, Thermador double oven, and extensive coffee station. An entertainment system with 80” 4K TV, 7.1 sound, Apple TV (complete with Hulu, HBO/Max, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Paramount, Peacock or buy any movie/show you want). Japanese Toto toilets in every bathroom that open for you, heat the seat and can even spray your bum – only if you want that of course. A true wood burning fireplace, lovely on those colder nights and thermostats in every room for personalized comfort.

And who says Fido shouldn’t join in on the fun? We love pets. We can provide multiple dog beds, bowls, toys and plenty of space outside to run around (the whole 3 acres is fenced). We do ask for a nominal pet fee which helps us clean everything spotless inside and out.

As for the bedroom layout, as mentioned we just went through a major remodel. Now there are two bedrooms downstairs with their own full baths (showers). One has a king bed, the other a queen. Upstairs has two bedrooms which share a large bathroom (with tub/shower). One has a king bed and the other two twins. There are also two queen couch beds upstairs (one in a nook and the other in the sitting room).

One final note before you hopefully read some of our reviews. We want you to not just vacation at our house, but to have one of your best experiences ever. And if that is asking maybe too much, well, we do have a toilet that will spray your bum with water.

Pool temperature is normally 70-75 degrees May-October. If a warmer temperature (85 degrees) is desired, pool heat (via propane gas) is available for $100/day, 2-day minimum. Pool heat is not available November-April. Hot tub heating available year-round for no extra charge.
