"Loved staying at this Shepherd's Hut! We wouldn't normally book a 'hut' but were captivated by the photos and liked the extra space with a separate sleeping section. Stayed 5 nights. This is a special place with it's private, secluded garden and attention to detail. Beautifully laid out, very clean, comfortable, and everything you need - plus a welcome pack! There is a stone path and steps to the property which is quite magical but might not suit everyone. Host provided all details in advance...

"The property is great with a great view. The old castle gives an amazing experience. The breakfast was nice and there were many varieties and good choices for vegetarians. Using the sink was challenging as they are using the old two tap system but the tap is too short and the cold water pressure was low in the room so I couldn't use the sink. The bed was too small, short and uncomfortable. Other than this the experience was really good."

Breakfast was good, cooked breakfast very good. Service was impeccable. Bar service slow as the Batman appeared to be in the restaurant also. Accept this is Penzance, not Paris, so I’m satisfied, but not blown away, for over £200 a night."
