Very nice place to stay

Great back yard and close to the lake and open space to walk the dog. Our stay was short but everything was clean and stocked and worked. There is a little traffic noise in the back but the house was very peaceful and restful.

We decided to visit Heber City for the scenery and a horse auction! The location was perfect for us, only a mile to the auction barn, close to Sundance and Park City, and the Salt Flats! Many opportunities for beautiful pictures and great food!

We had a great time, house was very close to lake. We loved the hot tub. There was some mice droppings in bedding of pull out couch. We just used the other bedding provided. This house really had everything and so pet friendly!

The home was obviously in the process of being renovated, and still in need of work. We still enjoyed our stay, once we got used to the idea that there will be spiders. Hosts did the best they could and we appreciate that. Nice big yard for the kids to play and our dog. We are kind of fussy, so our expectations are maybe a little too high. We did have a nice relaxing time.

It was a great size for what we needed. Very accommodating for different family & fiends we had over for a meal and bbq. We had a family wedding 7 minutes from our vrbo. Convenient! After we checked out & realized the next day I might have left a pair of sandals. They were quick to make a second look even after the unit had been cleaned. I found them after I returned home under my car seat. Really appreciated their thoughtfulness!

Pioneer Day stay

Very nice property. Older guests should be aware of numerous tripping hazards (front walk is rough stone, floors from one room to another vary by .5 - 1"). First suite on the left was not very clean. Hair (pet?) present on the fitted sheet. Lifted the sheet up to see more hair + paw prints on the mattress cover. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain in that suite. Exterior doors don't have much security. Back door off the kitchen has a deadbolt but no hole in the door frame so it's useless. Sliding door off kitchen has no working latch or lock at all. We found an old board in the back yard to jam in there to keep it from being opened from outside. Sliding doors off the front room don't latch properly. Luckily it's a very low crime area. Beds were comfortable. Projection TV was lots of fun. We didn't have time to try the spa/pool. It looked like it would have been fun as well.

Wonderful, spacious, inviting home!

This is a great property, very open/light. Lots of space, as advertised, inside and outside. Great location, the reservoir is just down the street, within walking distance. The main town is located right just a couple of miles away, plenty of restaurants and activities to engage in. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The hosts, Marcela and Lucio, were wonderful to work with, easy to communicate with, and available when we needed them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!
