- Guest Limit: 16 People – Any group larger than 16 must be approved in advance

- Security Cameras – Three cameras (back patio, garage, and elevator) for safety
- Check-Out Instructions – Guests may opt out of standard check-out procedures for a $100 cleaning service fee (48-hour notice required)
- Highchair & Pack 'n Play – Available upon request

Guests have full access to the entire home and two-car garage. (The third garage space is reserved for owner storage.)
