Located just minutes from Deer Valley East Village and Jordanelle Reservoir, and a short 10-minute drive to Park City's world-class ski resorts and Historic Main Street, this getaway is ideal for year-round mountain enjoyment.

    This 1,500 sq. ft. retreat features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

    From the communal garage, take the elevator or stairs to the second floor to access the modern alpine retreat. Outside the front door, a convenient bench and storage area provide space for your shoes and boots. Inside, the bright and open-concept living area boasts high ceilings and breathtaking views of Jordanelle Reservoir, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

    Living Room:
    The living room showcases a contemporary design with a plush sofa and comfortable barrel swivel chairs, a gas fireplace, and a 75” LG Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air and picturesque surroundings.

    Kitchen and Dining:
    For those who love to cook, the modern chef's kitchen is fully equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and has a center island with bar seating for two and a drip/pod combo coffee maker. The adjacent dining area seats up to seven guests with a combination of cushioned chairs and a bench.

    Primary suite - King bed, a 75” LG Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a dedicated workspace with stunning mountain and lake views. Extremely clean, brand new unit. a bit too “sterile” feeling for me but that’s purely personal preference. The condo is a brand new build and the grounds/community around it feel like an area where people have yet to move in. Otherwise my stay was perfect, check in was super easy and I was overall extremely pleased with my stay.
