LIVING AREA
The inviting second-level great room features rich hardwood floors, mountain-contemporary furnishings, and an open layout designed for gathering. Curl up on the comfortable sectional beside the fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or step outside to the private patio and backyard for an evening around the natural-gas fire pit or a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.
Need to catch up on work? A dedicated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse makes working remotely convenient.

No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
