Top Hedmark County Hotel Reviews

Frich´s Hotel Hamar

8/10 Good

"Pros: good location, plenty of parking spaces, breakfast is still excellent (compared to previous stays) Cons: I’d have liked a kettle in the room; overall, the rooms appear somewhat ‘shabby’ to me; and, unfortunately, I have a major complaint about the sauna on offer – it really needs a complete refurbishment"

Tynset Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here to break a drive from Trondheim to Oslo (on summer tyres in Oct) into two parts. There was plenty of parking and the check-in was fast and efficient. The room was relatively large and had a good size bath room. The toilet seat has a crack in it, which didn't impact functionality. Overall everything was very clean. Nothing really to complain about. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and were very happy with the quality of the meal. Breakfast was a bit disappointing: not many choices of veggies, but plenty of cakes. If you like a sweet breakfast that is great, but otherwise your choice are a bit limited. Overall, the breakfast was quite ok, but not at the same level as the dinner we had the night before. We would not hesitate to stay here again."
