This high-end, 120 m² ground-floor apartment offers you the utmost comfort and stylish living.
Two high-quality living and dining areas, each with two fully equipped kitchens and modern appliances, invite you to prepare delicious meals.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180x200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV.
In addition, two sofa beds (100 x 200 m) provide extra space for two more people.
The two fully equipped bathrooms in this exclusive residence offer pure relaxation and comfort, with walk-in showers for added convenience.

Two stylish terraces (south and east-facing) with high-quality furniture provide the perfect spot to enjoy warm days. A grill is also available. In the beach chair, you can simply lean back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

A large garden with an orchard (3,000 square metres total) is available for shared use, and a quiet play area with a swing guarantees plenty of fun for our younger guests.

A washer-dryer is available for your use right in the apartment.
Unlimited parking is available in front of the house. A communal bike shed is available for use; please remember to bring your own locks, as it cannot be locked.
