"Historic property downtown. A lot of dining options all within four blocks. The staff was very friendly and informative. Gave some history on the hotel and also the surrounding area. They also provided a key fob to a gym just two blocks away. Breakfast was limited, but we don't normally rely on a hotel breakfast. The hotel bar had delightful craft cocktails! Overall the place is very well taken care of. We will stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son in Iowa. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. What truly stood out was how accommodating the host was when a blizzard rolled into town during our stay. She was quick to respond to our questions, flexible with our needs, and made sure we felt taken care of despite the stormy conditions.It gave us such peace of mind knowing we were in a safe, well-maintained place with a host who genuinely cared about her guests. "Our family stayed here while we were in town for a family funeral. The location was perfect and being next to the river created the peacefulness we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. We will definitely come back here for future stays when we come back home. "
