"The entire hotel is elegantly laid out and furnished from the Gladiolas in rooms to the sprinkling of sparkle in the bathroom grout. The staff are helpful, authentic and entirely a joy to interact with. Our stay was certainly the highlight of a 4 city tour through the area."

"Unfortunately the elevators from the parking garage were broken during our stay ... the staff was very good about offering to help with luggage though. Also, the shower experience was interesting as the "wet room " style shower/bathroom as the floor seems to be sloped away from the drain in the room we had ... water stayed in place on the floor all day."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
