Great location and the 4 bedrooms were nice for our family. Information regarding the property was a little confusing since some places on the listing showed 3 bedrooms instead of 4. And then, the welcome packet also showed 3 bedrooms. Since we needed 4 bedrooms for our family, it did create some angst if it would meet our needs. But, it did indeed have four bedrooms. They were quite nice and the beds were comfortable. It would have been helpful if one bedroom was on the main floor, so be prepared to climb stairs regardless of which bedroom is chosen. Only one bedroom doesn’t have a bath attached, so the people in that room will need to use one of the other bedroom’s en-suite bathrooms. Overall, a great place and the owners were very responsive.

We had an overall great experience! Location & amenities were perfect for what we were wanting. Communication with Brandon was also exceptional! Would highly suggest staying here when visiting Helen!

Great getaway!

Everything was wonderful! Our favorite things about the residence were the got tub, coffee bar and the deck. Having access to the river was a bonus. We had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of room for our large family. There was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, definitely a necessity for us The hosts were great about checking in on us, too.

perfect location

We had a great time staying at the condo. It sits on the river and is walking distance to Helen. The condo was perfect for my friend and our kids. The kids shared a room and and we each had our own suites. Full stocked and updated. We definitely recommend this condo.

Awesome place!!

Absolutely loved our stay in Helen! The location is wonderful with “outdoorsy” grandkids that LOVED being by the river but still close enough to town activities to enjoy EVERYTHING!! PERFECT!!!

Perfect home away from home!

We snuck away to Helen for just an overnight with our kids and parents. It fit our multi-generational family well and was cozy and equipped so well. We enjoyed games in the living room in the evening and the coffee bar was great in the morning!

Quiet, convenient, clean

Bedrooms were spacious. Everything clean and tidy. Beds and furniture comfortable. Galley kitchen, but nice and clean. Management was very responsive and accommodating.

Girls weekend

Chalet is very clean and nice. It is 3 levels so lots of stairs to go up and down for bedrooms, living room. Very close to town but we didn’t walk because of having to walk in the dark. Lots of space and each room has its on bathroom. We pulled out the games and also watched a little tv while we were there.

Hard to find but very enjoyable place!

Location is tricky and a little hard to find cuz it’s snugged at the bottom of a hill, so you’ll pass it if u aren’t looking off the side of the road. But the place itself was big, very spacious, clean, very welcoming, def cozy, and quiet! It does creak a little, especially walking around on the second floor. But overall, it def felt like a home away from home!

Spacious, super close townhome to Main Street in Helen!

This home had great space and the newer decor was a very nice touch as opposed to the typical hotel feel. Our family with a range of ages really enjoyed the home! Distance to Main Street - If you’re not a big walker or have younger children you’ll probably want to drive to Main Street, but it is a walkable distance (with strollers) if you want to save on parking fees. Steps - We liked the exercise, but keep in mind the townhome has three floors. There are two rooms on top floor and one in the basement/mother-in-law suite, so you’ll need to walk at least one flight of stairs. The large renovated area in the basement also had a fridge and microwave to reduce the need to go upstairs. Definitely a plus late at night! Overall, we really loved this home and made some really fun memories there!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. It is such a cute townhome with great amenities, The bed in the basement had dirty sheets. You could tell that somebody had gone straight from the hot tub with dirty feet and climbed into bed. The third floor bathroom has mold on the shower curtain. The shower is extremely dirty and had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. All of the towels smelled moldy, and when I went to dry off, long hairs that were not mine, we’re stuck to my body.The power didn’t work in the stairwells and the fan didn’t work in the basement. When I contacted the management company they said so sorry we’ll talk to the cleaning crew, but no accommodations for me having to deal with filth. I should’ve received my cleaning deposit back since nobody obviously cleans between guests.Again, it’s very sad because this is a fantastic townhome, but if it’s not clean, nobody’s gonna wanna stay here.
