We had the best stay! The staff was beyond helpful and nice, the facility is clean and spacious. We are already booking our next trip! I would recommend this condo/cabin to anyone! Very nice experience and a few steps from downtown. This is a prime location and our stay was fabulous!!!!

A Perfect Oktoberfest Experience

We had an outstanding stay! The house was perfect for the six of us. Communications with the property management was perfect, the house was clean, and located strategically so we could walk to all restaurants, festhall, grocery store and ABC store. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

This property is perfect for a large family get away. We've stayed here twice and have not been disappointed either time. The location is perfect and very walkable to everything in town. The accommodations are clean comfortable and make it home away from home. We plan on coming back next year for the third time.

Family trip over Fall break. We have visited Helen several times and this has been the best. Location is perfect no need to drive. Everything is within walking distance. Unit was clean and check in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again. distance.

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed being in downtown Helen. So easy to just walk to shops , restaurants and market place It was perfect for family getaway with 6 adults 1 17yr old and a 6 yr old. Plenty of room in den kitchen for all of us and bedrooms were big and 3 and half baths was great. It took us 5 min to drive to water park and 4 min to tubing. We will be renting again and recommending to family/friends.

Oktoberfest with family!

The property is perfectly located and great for a large family get away. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and the puzzles we found in the closet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the convenience of not only 1 but 2 washer/driers was lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better rental! There is so much to do in Helen year round. We will definately be back!

Great Memories

Fantastic place realized we stayed here 2 years ago but in 101. Love location and the place was so homey and clean. walked to most everything. Ate our way thru Helen. Cowboys and Angels was the best food and service(get there early ). Houfbrauhaus had the best german food. If you like escape rooms the Lost Room is a lot of fun. Just a great vacation with our son and grandchildren. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and very clean property!

We had a wonderful girls weekend for 8 of us! The town home was perfect for our group and within walking distance to almost everything we did! The property was very clean and had a lot of towels and wash clothes and 2 washer and dryers! There were also a lot to amenities there which was very nice. A few negatives (that were manageable) there are only about 5 forks in the kitchen, the bunk room mattresses are so bad we thought they were air mattresses at first, and there are a LOT of stairs just fyi if you have guests that cannot do stairs well. These things didn’t deter us from having a great time!

Girlfriend trip

The location of this unit could not be better for visiting downtown area of Helen. We could walk to everything and it was great to have the market next door which carries everything you would need. The layout was great for our group There are some repair issues that need attention- ceiling fan in one bedroom had paper and cardboard stuck under it I assume to prevent shaking. Visible leak area on ceiling over dining room needs repair. None of these affected our stay and the location is the main draw We did not use the hot tub so no review of that

Mainstreet

We booked this rental for a weekend with our family for Christmas. The location is the best part of this rental, everything was easily accessible within minutes of walking. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned well. We did not get into the rental until late Friday night which meant we would have to wait till the following day to notify someone. I notified the management company, and they sent someone out again to clean which was inconvenient for us. We would not personally stay here again given the cleanliness. Also, the rental has nowhere to hang clean towels, nor luggage racks, so we had to put all of our luggage on the ground.

Great Location

The location of the property is the best thing about it. The house itself needs some work. The bunk beds are super uncomfortable as there is no support under the mattress, so whoever sleeps on them feels the cabin like logs under the mattress all night. Also, to get to the top bunk you are squeezing between the wall and the bunk, which is maybe a 6inch width. The tiles in the all the showers are coming lose and there is mold on the grout. The beds and pillows in the bigger bedrooms are worn down. Almost all our friend group were getting “allergies” while in the house but as soon as we left we all stoped sneezing. Looking at the ceiling, it looks to have had some water damage, which probably contributed to us sneezing.

The Townhouse is very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. We were able to walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. The whole rental process was easy. We had stayed here before and would recommend it to most anyone. Might not want to stay if you’re older, lots of steps but otherwise, I highly recommend. We all had a great experience
