Enjoy this spacious second level apartment with just a five minute walk to downtown. Located in the heart of the Rodney Arts District, you are just one block away from the closest local bakery, two blocks from the local theater and pub, and a ten minute stroll to the nearest trailhead.

Enter into the common area of this multi-unit building then head up one flight of stairs. This is a second level apartment with a living room, kitchen and dining room, bedroom with desk and private ensuite, as well as another bathroom and washer and dryer in the unit.

Great Location
This apartment is in a great location to enjoy the delights of Helena. There is a bakery serving hot breakfasts one block away, a brewery and coffee shop just two blocks away, and fantastic eateries plus fun shopping on the pedestrian mall just down the hill. The apartment itself is well-appointed and perfect for two. The property manager is responsive and makes sure everything is just as advertised in the listing. We will be back.
