"This is a host you can trust! I got a cheaper rate due to it being a new listing and then later dropped two nights due to another family member announcing a wedding, necessitating a shorter stay. Host was responsive and made the adjustment... but the price didn't drop because the rate was now much higher. When I identified this to the host, she immediately applied credit to bring the rate in line with the original booking, no questions asked. This really impressed me. Very honest!This is more of a bargain rental, but very serviceable and in line with how it was portrayed. I imagine it will get better with time. It's very spacious, but would benefit from reconfiguration or bigger furniture. The only thing I would call inaccurate is that the futon isn't really twin size and only suitable for a child. It was perfect for my 12yo, but probably too short for a taller adult. If you're hoping for "sleeps 4" as advertised, bring an air mattress.That said, it's clean, it's in a quiet area, and it had everything we needed. Good communication with the host electronically, but never seen and that's how most of us like it."

"Incredible views of and access to the lake. House was lovely and well stocked. Really enjoyed the kayaks and all of the outdoor seating. Peaceful location with access to restaurants in nearby Helena. Would love to come back again!"
