"We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....

"The house is comfortable, and it is as stated in the listing. I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!"

"Exactly as described in listing. We were visiting the American Village and it is very close in proximity to the village location. Beautiful countryside in Montevallo area. Peaceful and serene. Would highly recommend the location. Loved it!"

"Family traveled for the SEC Tournament! Was in a perfect location and had plenty of room to spread out and rest in comfort. There is a train that passes at night so that was a surprise, but wasn’t extremely loud. Definitely would stay again next year!"

"The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. The property manager was very helpful and when I let them know about not having a waffle maker they delivered one and a crockpot to the front door."

"Charles was amazing and helped in so many ways. As soon as I would text him, he would respond in the next few minutes. The house was just beautiful!!! Wr loved the basemen!!! The entire house was so clean, and the beds was so comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of it. They had a stocked coffee bar, snacks, water, and fruits. The makeup wipes was an excellent touch. The neighborhood is kept up and clean as well. This will forever be my first choice to stay when we visit Birmingham."
