"The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location. The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped. "Helgoland accomodation is generally very expensive. Though this was a bit cheaper it was definitely not worth it. It is a basement apartment with very little privacy.
