"I traveled with friends and family for a cruise in the Greek islands. The hotel was closed to the port The staff were very friendly and helpful they scheduled the transfer from the airport to the hotel and every time we needed a taxi, we had a late flight back home and the hotel took care of our luggage while we did some shopping, there is a lot good restaurants around the area, I will definitely come back "

"Lovely large hotel with all the amenities and services you’d expect from the Hyatt. Big rooms too. Great view from the terrace. Staff at reception were perhaps not super helpful in providing all information. In terms of location, it’s probably a tad bar to get into the main tourist area (20 mins - fine but not easy to go back and forth), plus on a main road / highway so not a pleasant walk."

"1st our early check in was a privilege, thank u George for your kind assistance he made my day. The rooms are clean we took the triple so it was good enough for a couple. The staff are very nice and helpful. Electra and christina. We were offered on arrival free coffee and water. As for the breakfast it was amazing a la carte more than enough, orange juice , water , coffee, hot chocolate, greek yogurt , cheese platter , eggs ur style, basket of bread jam and croissant. Tasty and clean. U can have complimentary coffee and tea during ur stay next to the reception area. Thank u for making our stay amazing. We will stay again here next time. "

"The staff was fabulous! Very friendly and helpful throughout! They were extremely responsive to all of our needs, even delivering coffee pods at 4:30 a.m.! The room was clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient for the port and local shopping and sight seeing. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic as well! Definitely recommend with 5 stars if you are staying in Piraeus!"
