Quality all the way through

The stay was a first-class experience in all regards. Outstanding service, clean and quiet rooms, food was innovative, tasteful and plenty. Arild is a pearl. Morning swim followed by a really nice breakfast and then off exploring Kulla peninsula - including wine tasting at reward winning Kulla Vingård - there Immelen white wine is a gold winner at the Austrian Wine Challenge

En pärla i Arild – med fantastisk service!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Rusthållargården! Hotellet är både superfräscht och charmigt, med en mysig atmosfär som gör det perfekt för en avkopplande natt i vackra Arild. Ett extra stort tack till Linda, som var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam – både innan vår vistelse och under hela tiden vi var där. Hennes bemötande gjorde verkligen skillnad. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi tycker att det är snålt att ta betalt för en kopp kaffe i lobbyn. De allra flesta hotell vi bott på ser en kanna kaffe i lobbyn som en självklarhet, ett sätt att få gästerna att känna sig välkomna. Visst kunde vi få kaffe men då kostade det en bra slant. Ett så fint hotell i övrigt förlorar på sin snålhet på denna punkt.

Ventilation larmede hele natten og det var ikke muligt at slukke. Foto passede ikke til virkeligheden. Der var ingen vinduer og vi boede i et kælderrum. Maden kom ikke til tiden, så vi måtte spise i to hold. En skuffende oplevelse. Morgenmad var fin.

Vacker omgivning, men hotellrummen är gamla.

Klassiskt hotell! Vänlig personal, vackra publika utrymmen. Bra frukost! Vänligt att få chokladbit på rummet. Arild är fantastiskt, men hotellet inte prisvärt och ingen lyx. Besviken på kvaliten och standarden på rummet när det kostar 5000kr. Inte renoverade på 20 år, äldre badrum, sliten soffa som ej matchade övrig klassisk inredning. Upplevelsen är inte 5 stjärnor. Erbjuder olika kuddmenyer. Oklart om vi fick de kuddarna vi begärde. Personalen verkade också ganska ovetande om detta vid mailkonversationen.

Rummet var litet, badrummet mycket trångt. Restaurangen var en katastrof med otrevlig personal. När vi inte fått beställa på 30 min trots upprepad kontakt lämnade vi. Boendet har fin utsikt men är inte prisvärt. Vi kommer inte tillbaka.

Besvikna - för första gången!

Vi har bott många gånger under minst 10 år och alltid varit mycket nöjda. God mat, trevlig personal, fantastiskt läge och genuin känsla & miljö. Därför blev besvikelsen stor när framför allt, rummet inte var städat. Dessutom hade rummet vi fick, renoverats i en ”modern” allmänt intetsägande stil med ett stort foto som sänggavel, föreställande stora stenar vid havskanten med snö på! Ja, visst är Smaken är olika, ( vi hade även i påskas ett renoverat intetsägande rum) men i vårt tycke tappar Rusthållargården sin själ… Men iaf, vad städningen anbelangar- skärpning!
