"Location right next to the ferry terminal so handy for my purposes. My 'sea view' wasn't quite as expected but I could see the sea. Furnishings and fittings a little outdated. Quite old-fashioned and small bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine and breakfast was plentiful. Parking would have been a big issue but I didn't have a car. Not sure I would stay again tbh "

"Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. The hotel provides earplugs, which is good because there’s a noisy pub downstairs on the church side. Towels a good size. Has a heated towel rack that can be used to...

"We loved this hotel. It is definitely a bit quirky in its decor but it suited the surrounding area perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied and was equal, if not better, to the breakfasts we ate in Copenhagen and Malmo. The restaurant was light, airy and with a stunning view of the harbour. Loved it!"
