"While my stay was okay and I really cannot complain about the state of the facilities or cleanliness, because those were well maintained - I do want to touch on how online states that there is room service and breakfast for Hilton guests. While it states these things, there is no room service. If you order ‘room service’, you must go down to the lobby to retrieve what you order. The breakfast included is also $16.50 per person."
