Welcome to this luxury multi-level, completely furnished, waterfront home. Built in 2007, this home is located near Mill Creek on the south side of Toledo Bend. It features a unique floor plan that can accommodate multiple families. With 2 complete kitchens, 2 large living areas, 2 interior fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, 3 ½ baths, and 5 bedrooms, it will sleep 12 comfortably. The main level is also wheelchair accessible.
For those who like outdoor entertaining, you will love both tiled patios. The lower one offers seating and a gas grill. The upper patio includes outdoor dining, additional seating, and a fireplace.
Finally, this property features a 2 stall floating boat house with access to the water. This accommodation makes fishing, as well as other water activities, very enjoyable.
Private boat ramp is located in neighborhood and can be accessed with complementary pass.

Nice place to gather for a family

This place met our needs to gather 3 families for our annual Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We especially enjoyed the covered deck and watching the birds.

Great Location on the Lake

We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge. We had a great four days/three nights.

Family Fun

The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured in the pictures and very spacious for our group of 11. The property was lovely and provided an excellent view on the river. The grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and tubing behind the boat. The best part of the location was that it was situated on a quiet part of the river and there were not many boats, which was very peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my concerns. Overall a very enjoyable time was had by all of us and my husband and I would like to return and rent the same house in the future,

Ice maker was not operational!!! Some pans need through cleaner . One of the 2 garbage cans provided was already completely filled when we arrived— causing us to truck our garbage to anywhere we can find. Multiple light bulbs were burned out upon arrival.

This house is amazing!

This house was great and exactly what my family needed for a December vacation. It is stocked, the porches are amazing, the beds/bedding are comfy, both fireplaces were used a lot.
