Cabin at the Lake

Cute little cabin. We only used it for a place to sleep for the weekend. The cabin has all the essentials needed. If you needed a kitchen everything is there for you.

Birds nest cottage

The Birds Nest was spectacular. Perfect weekend getaway. Wish we had a dock to fish but will definitely go back and fish at the landing

Eagle’s Nedt

We had a very relaxing time at the Eagle’s Nest! We saw the Eagle’s which was American as hell and we heard their babies also, which was amazing. Very peaceful place and enjoyed relaxing at the cabin after we fished.

Cozy Sanctuary

We loved our stay at The Eagle’s Nest during Thanksgiving. The place had everything we needed and wanted. Its location allowed us to enjoy the Fall outdoor activities that we had planned. Shopping for everything is minutes away in Fairmount. Because of internet availability we were able to watch our favorite football teams play. We enjoyed the electric fireplace and plentiful hot water for the showers. We were able to have an amazing view of an eagle in the nest across the street but to the right of the rental. We are excited to stay again next year at the same time.

Quiet Little Cabin Getaway

Booked this cabin for myself while on a fishing trip on Toledo Bend. Everything was exactly as stated in the description on listing. There's a circle driveway in front of the Cabin along with a covered patio next to it that will keeps your boat out of the weather. I have a 2500 truck and 21ft boat so I always have concerns before renting places not being able to fit but the home owners were quick to answer my questions before renting. The Fairmount general store is right down the round along with several boat launches. Mcgee's Launch is extremely shallow still doable just use caution if using this launch. Would definitely stay here again.
