Stay in our spacious first-floor apartment, perfectly located in a vibrant, diverse neighborhood. Just a 5-minute drive from the Southern State Parkway, 10 minutes from Mercy Hospital, and 15 minutes from Hofstra University, Nassau Community College, Adelphi University, Nassau Coliseum, and Roosevelt Field Mall you’ll be close to everything you need.
Our 3-bedroom space is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring:
First bedroom features 1 king bed, 2 nightstands, closet with hangers, TV and sitting area.
Second bedroom features 1 queen bed light stand, TV, closet, hangers.
Third bedroom features 1 queen bed, Smart TV, nightstand, closet and hangers.
1 bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials.
Cozy living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

This is a shared home: there are guests on the lower level and the second floor. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, we cannot guarantee complete silence at all times.
The property is located just behind Hempstead Turnpike, a main road, so some traffic noise may be heard.
There is a basement door in the unit. For your peace of mind, it is locked and sealed guests from either level will not be able to access it.
