Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements might be needed. (2) each room gets its own bathroom, but the room and bathroom are not connected (so you’ll have to walk through a common hallway to get to the bathroom). "
