Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, hot tub, sauna, outdoor deck, and driveway parking.

House Rules & Important Information

We want your stay at the lake to feel relaxing, comfortable, and effortless. Please review the following information before your arrival:

Guests
• Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless pre-approved by the host
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM
• A $75 late check-out fee applies after 10:00 AM, as our cleaners arrive shortly afterward to prepare for incoming guests

Smoking & Noise
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to help preserve the peaceful lakefront setting for neighbors and guests alike

Hot Tub
• Children under 5 and pregnant guests should not use the hot tub
• Please shower before use to help keep the water clean
• Plastic cups only near the hot tub — no glass permitted
• Please use caution with alcohol while using the hot tub
• Please keep the hot tub cover closed and secured when not in use
• Children must always be supervised near the hot tub

Pets
• Please pick up after pets and do not allow pets to use the deck as a bathroom
• Waterproof pet blankets are provided and must be used if pets are on furniture
• $200 pet fee. Max 2 dogs . Extra for shedding dogs

General Information
• Please report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible
• Exterior Ring cameras are located at the entrances and facing the lake area for security purposes only
• Lawn maintenance may occur occasionally during your stay and is limited to outdoor areas only
• Occasionally supply deliveries may arrive during your stay. If so, we’d appreciate if you could place them inside
• Decorative styling and seasonal decor may vary slightly from photos

Refunds & Cancellations
• No weather-related refunds will be issued unless there is a mandatory evacuation
• Power outage refunds are only considered for outages lasting longer than 24 consecutive hours and would apply only to the affected day(s)
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected emergencies or interruptions
