"Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought another coffee pot to our room. We found the foul smell it was coming from the refrigerator. We also witnessed a drug deal go down out of our window in the back of the hotel. When we woke up on Sunday morning the TV wasn't working. I went down to the front desk to ask if anyone could assist. Her response was it is 7 am on a Sunday morning and I am the only one here and CAN NOT help you. Needless to say we checked out early because we didn't want to stare at a blank TV until checkout. The best thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I have never stayed at a hotel where they don't have on site maintenance."

"Room was spacious & clean with a beautiful view. Casino was nice. Good choice for kayaking adventures ~ only 15 minutes to the Hoover Dam launch meet up spot. I didn’t see any coffee shops there."

"Breakfast was top tier as far as hotel breakfasts go. Hotel was very clean and really liked all the complimentary Dove products in the bathroom."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived at 4 (check in time) our room was not ready, however Jeremy was extremely helpful in getting staff to expedite getting our room ready, but reallythis should have been done already. Hotel is old and can really use some up dates, and could use a good scrubbing. Hallway walls were dirty and need paint and room decor is old. Cleaning staff should clean under beds and behind furniture, areas they definitely don't check. In the halls you can see dirt on light fixtures, walls, and carpet. At one point the hall for our floor smelled like sewage. And maybe add some microwaves to the rooms as well, when traveling with kids as most parents know there is time to warm up some grub. The food served on property was good, did not mind eating at the restaurant or bar, all tasted good. Walking the property by the lake is very nice and relaxing. Overall the stay was not bad, it was very convenient for the event we were they for. I just feel for the price you pay for the stay the property should be in better shape and a lot cleaner."

"We did have some issues with the door but maintenance came fast and fixed the door. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was kind and helpful. Very clean, well maintained and they had a potty spot outside for the pups. Our son loved the pool and the fire pit was so nice to sit by after swimming. 9.5/10 would highly recommend."

"The Breakfast menu was more than the typical hotel Breakfast. Fresh eggs, bacon and some of the best biscuits and gravy! The room climate was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower were spacious. "
